We manage and provide technical support to a range of projects and programmes in China as part of a standing resource of expertise. We provide project management services to a variety of donors including: the UK Department for International Development (DFID); the European Union; the ADB and the World Bank. Current donor funded projects include:

• Southwest Basic Education Project (SBEP) managed jointly with the British Council.
• Poor Rural Communities Development Project (PRCDP)
• Basic Education in Rural Areas Project (BEWAP)
• Support to Universal Basic Education in Gansu (SUBEP)

We also cooperate closely with renowned educational organizations and Chinese leading professionals from Tsinghua University, Peking University, Beijing Normal University, and Eastern China Normal University to promote best practice in Chinese schools. These projects include:

• School Development Planning Project with Beijing Haidian District
• School Performance Evaluation Project with Peking University
• Inspector training for Beijing Municipal Education Bureau
• Inspector training for Shanghai Municipal Education Bureau
• Headteacher training for Ministry of Education / Pearson Group
• Senior Management Team training and Teacher training for international schools
• Provision of support for international kindergarten services in partnership with Red-Yellow-Blue kindergarten chain.
